Is the product I received expired? Is it date of production or expiration?
Most Korean beauty products are marked with a date of production.
You can check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date
If your product appears to be expired according to the date stamped on the bottom, this may not be the case! Most K-beauty items are not marked with an expiration date, but a manufacturing date (제조). Skincare products are safe to use within 30 months after manufacture. After opening, the product will be safe to use within 12 months, after which it should be discarded.

How do I apply promotional codes to my order?
First, copy the promotional code you intend to use. When at the checkout stage in your shopping cart, paste the code into the grey box marked ‘Discount Code’, and click ‘apply’.
One discount code may be used per order.
Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.
Can I cancel or change my order?
SkinTreats Beauty cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method.
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
Can I return my purchase?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please see our refund policy page.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including packages that are shipped to the USA.
My order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at email@example.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately we don't offer price adjustments but if you've placed an order that has not been shipped out yet, we can do our best to cancel it for you to reorder at the reduced price.
Does SkinTreats Beauty offer gift cards, gift receipts or gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, not at this time but we’re hoping to change his very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
SkinTreats Beauty accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.

Also, please note that from time to time brands update product descriptions on the packaging, as well as the formulas with updated ingredients. We practice our diligence in reflecting these changes in our shop as soon as we can. However, if you see a discrepancy on what you see on our site and the product you received, please refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.
How do I know my product is genuine?
We are committed to bringing you only authentic, genuine and recently produced products. We source our products directly from our partners/suppliers brands in Korea and/or with their official and verified distributors.
What Happens If I Get An Allergic Reaction?
It’s highly recommended that you patch test some of the essence if you are unsure about how your skin will react to products. Everyone’s skin is different and what might cause a reaction on your skin might be absolutely fine on someone else’s skin so unfortunately SkinTreats Beauty does not offer refunds or replacements on any products sold and is not responsible in the case of a reaction. If irritation does occur, please wash off immediately and seek medical advice. Please send us an email if this does occur so we can be aware and put a note for our future curation process.
