How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when your order has been shipped.
For Canadian orders, a tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order has been processed. All US and International orders are standard without tracking numbers, unless you purchase optional tracking at checkout.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all USA & Canada orders over $55. The order must total $55 after any discounts are applied and before taxes are added.
When will my order be shipped and where does SkinTreats Beauty ship from?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We know, we’re as fast as lightning!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (if selected at checkout) enclosed. Please note that sometimes it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.
All times are EST. Please note our warehouse is closed over the weekend (Sat and Sun) and on major holidays.
All products are shipped directly from Toronto. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
No sales tax for orders in the US.
We collect Canadian tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each province. Tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
Does SkinTreats Beauty ship internationally?
Yes, SKINTREATS Beauty currently ships internationally to the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand.
We hope to add more countries to this list as we continue to expand!
What international shipping methods does SkinTreats Beauty offer?
All international orders are shipped with Canada Post mail. This service takes anywhere up to 15 business days. We do not offer express international shipping at this time.
Customs fees and/or import duty tax?
Orders within Canada will not be charged customs and duties as all products are shipped from Toronto, ON. Orders going to the United States and International countries may incur customs and/or duties charges based on your location.
Some countries may restrict import of cosmetic goods depending on their policies, and issues that may arise are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are also fully responsible for their respective country's customs and import taxes. For accurate information and estimation of import taxes, please contact your country's customs. SkinTreats Beauty is not responsible for customs fees/duties, taxes or duty taxes as we have no control over these fees.
Can SkinTreats Beauty ship my package as a ‘gift’, or mark the value of the items lower?
SkinTreats Beauty is legally required to declare the actual value and contents of each package shipped internationally.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel your order, without penalty, within 6 hours of placing order. We recommend notifying us as early as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number with the subject title [Order Cancellation Request].
SkinTreats Beauty cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. If you need to update your address, email email@example.com. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please see our refund policy page.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including packages that are shipped to the USA.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
My order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.
First off, our apologies! If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we don't offer price adjustments but if you've placed an order that has not been shipped out yet, we can do our best to cancel it for you to reorder at the reduced price.
Is the product I received expired? Is it date of production or expiration?
Most Korean beauty products are marked with a date of production.
You can check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date
If your product appears to be expired according to the date stamped on the bottom, this may not be the case! Most K-beauty items are not marked with an expiration date, but a manufacturing date (제조). Skincare products are safe to use within 30 months after manufacture. After opening, the product will be safe to use within 12 months, after which it should be discarded.

How do I apply promotional codes to my order?
First, copy the promotional code you intend to use. When at the checkout stage in your shopping cart, paste the code into the grey box marked ‘Discount Code’, and click ‘apply’.
One discount code may be used per order.
Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.
What payment methods do you accept?
SkinTreats Beauty accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
Does SkinTreats Beauty offer gift cards, gift receipts or gift wrapping?
We only offer gift cards at this time.
MY SKINTREATS BOX (SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE)
How does the subscription box service work?
SkinTreats Beauty offers 1 type of subscription box service (My SkinTreats Box). Pricing is indicated on the product page.
For each box, you will receive a customized box with at least 3-4 full-sized K-Beauty products, 2 sheet masks and samples delivered every 2 months.
The shipping schedule for your subscription will be summarized on the product page. You will be charged for your first box on the day you order your subscription, regardless of your expected shipment date. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be automatically billed every other month.

What Happens If I Get An Allergic Reaction?
It’s highly recommended that you patch test some of the products if you are unsure about how your skin will react to products. Everyone’s skin is different and what might cause a reaction on your skin might be absolutely fine on someone else’s skin so unfortunately SkinTreats Beauty does not offer refunds or replacements on any products sold and is not responsible in the case of a reaction. If irritation does occur, please wash off immediately and seek medical advice. Please send us an email if this does occur so we can be aware and put a note for our future curation process.
