What are SkinTreats rewards?
SkinTreats Rewards are our loyalty program designed to reward you for taking your K-Beauty journey with us! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn Rewards whenever you engage with SkinTreats Beauty, such as making a purchase, referrals, reviews, and sharing your love for us on social media.
-Create an account: New customers who create an account for the program will get started with 25 rewards!
-Birthday Rewards: Celebrate your birthday with an additional 50 Rewards!
-Reviews: Leave a product review on skintreatsbeauty.com for 100 rewards. One review per day will be rewarded.
-Social Sharing: Follow us on Instagram or Twitter for 5 rewards each. Like us on Facebook for 5 rewards.
What if I already have a SkinTreats Beauty account?
Perfect! You will automatically been enrolled in the SkinTreats Rewards program. Any purchases made from now going forward will be automatically reflected in your SkinTreats account!
Who is eligible for SkinTreats Rewards?
Everyone! Just sign up for an account HERE and start earning rewards!
How do I redeem SkinTreats Rewards?
Click the SkinTreats Rewards button on the lower right-hand corner of any SkinTreats Beauty page to be taken to your SkinTreats Rewards homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your rewards for coupons (in denominations of $5, $10, or $15) valid towards a future SkinTreats Beauty purchase.
Redeem 100 rewards for a $5 coupon, 200 rewards for a $10 coupon and 300 rewards for a $15 coupon.
100 rewards: $5 off min. order $25
200 rewards: $10 off min. order $40
300 rewards: $15 off min. order $50
Can members redeem more than one reward at a time?
Even if a member has enough points to redeem multiple rewards, they can only use one reward discount code at checkout at a time.
Can a member redeem their discount code more than once?
No, reward discount codes are unique and only available for one time use.
Do my SkinTreats Rewards ever expire?
Yes. SkinTreats Rewards are eligible for redemption up to twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned. If no rewards are earned or spent for a twelve (12) month period, your Rewards balance will be set to zero. Please make sure you spend and earn Rewards within the twelve (12) month validity period.
How do I check how many rewards I have?
Click on the SkinTreats Rewards tab on the lower right-hand corner of any SkinTreats Reward page to see how many rewards you have accumulated.
I just placed an order / signed up / engaged on social media but I don’t see SkinTreats Rewards added to my account.
Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply rewards to your account. If you don’t see the rewards in your account after 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!
What happens if my order is returned or canceled?
Any rewards associated with that order will be deducted from your SkinTreats Rewards account balance.
Why did my SkinTreats Rewards balance go down?
If you or one of your referrals recently canceled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.
How do I leave the SkinTreats Rewards program?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the SkinTreats Rewards program, please email us at: email@example.com and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued rewards. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your Rewards balance will reset to zero.
